After-School Provision (Squirrel Club)

In addition to our Breakfast Club, we are also able to provide after-school provision at our Squirrel Club from 15:00 to 18:00.

The cost is £10.50 a session, regardless of how long they stay and includes a cold snack tea at 16:30.

Booking and Payment

Once parents are registered with the school, the booking and payment system is all managed through our Arbor Parents App.

Parents are able to book the sessions they require through Arbor in the clubs section/ wrap around care. Parents are able to book on a weekly/monthly or termly basis.

Parents will need to load money on to their Arbor account and for each session attended the cost will be deducted from your account. Sessions will not be bookable without having the balance available to cover the sessions booked. If a session is booked and your child is absent due to illness you will not be charged, should you need to cancel a booking at short notice, please contact the school office of the school your child attends who will be able to do this for you.

 Collection of children

Pick up for child(ren) attending Squirrel Club is only via the Junior School main reception; it is likely that the school office will be closed when parents/carers collect their children. There is a bell located on the left hand side of the area which will alert the club supervisors. There will also be a mobile phone number on the wall that can be called should the bell not be heard. The mobile number will only be active during the hours of 15:15 and 18:00. In the event of an unavoidable late pick up please call the number to inform the club supervisors.

 Children will only be released to the named contacts on the booking form who can supply the agreed password. Should these arrangements change at the last minute, please use the mobile number to inform the club supervisors.

 All exterior gates to the school grounds with the exception of car park gates will be locked for the safety of your children.
